1. The service

Peelr ("we") provides automatic background removal for images. Free users may process a limited number of images per day at reduced resolution. PRO subscribers receive the features listed on the pricing page.

2. Your content

You must own or have the right to use any image you upload. You keep all rights to your images. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service. Do not upload illegal content or images of people without the right to do so.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, every 6 months or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices include or exclude taxes as shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.

4. Refunds

5. Fair use

"Unlimited" PRO processing is subject to a fair-use limit (currently 500 images per day) to keep the service fast for everyone. Automated scraping or reselling of the service is not allowed.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Results are deleted after 60 minutes — download what you need.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
